THIS IS THE CONTRACT/GUARANTEE. IT WILL BE SHIPPED WITH THE PUPPY AND SHOULD BE SIGNED AND SENT BACK TO ME. IF YOU ARE PICKING THE PUPPY UP THE CONTRACT/GUARANTEE MAY BE SIGNED AT THAT TIME.
Contract/Guarantee
The deposit is nonrefundable unless a health issue comes up before the puppy goes to his/her new home.
All puppies will be up to date on vaccinations, wormings, will be vet checked and have an AKC Registration Application. The puppy must be taken to a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving the puppy for an exam. If any concerns are found during the exam the Seller must be notified within 24 hours. Each puppy comes with a Limited Genetic Health Guarantee to the original buyer for the first year of the puppy's life. This Guarantee is only for death caused by genetic defects of the heart, liver, kidneys and lungs. The Buyers licensed Veterinarian must provide the Seller with a written document stating the exact cause of death as verified by a copy of the Necropsy. If the death was caused by a genetic defect listed above and not neglect by the buyer, and the Sellers Veterinarian agrees with the findings, the puppy will be replaced with one of equal value as soon as one is available. Cash refunds are not given. If these regulations are not met the Guarantee becomes null and void.
The Seller will not be responsible for any Veterinarian expenses, or expenses incurred to have the puppy returned to the Seller. We do not guarantee size, coat, color, bite or Patellas once the puppy has left our premises. Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is not a genetic condition and is susceptible to all toy breeds.
All residents of Indiana must pay 7% sales tax. The original point of sale is Warren County, Indiana.
The Seller retains the right to refuse to sell a puppy at anytime. If for any reason you cannot keep your Pom regardless of age, he/she can be returned to Anne's Pomeranians.
